Adrian D’Souza joined Quantcast in 2014 as Vice President of Operations. He is responsible for scaling the company operationally along with global expansion. Prior to Quantcast, D’Souza was most recently Director of Global Brand Solutions at Google, where he was responsible for driving revenue for YouTube and Brand Display for Google’s small to medium business clients.

In a previous role at Google, D’Souza was Director of Media Services and oversaw end-to-end Campaign Execution and Services on YouTube and the Google Display Network. As a Co-Chair of the Internet Advertising Bureau’s (IAB’s) Ad Operations Council from 2006 to 2012, D’Souza focused on making it easier for traditional advertisers to reach an online audience by streamlining the supply chain for digital media. D’Souza also worked at CNET Network (now CBS Interactive), where he was Vice President of Advertising Operations and responsible for evaluating, defining and implementing new ad opportunities and technologies across CNET Network properties.

D’Souza has an MBA from Virginia Tech and an engineering degree from the University of Poona, India.
